Return Policy

At Natural Health Ltd, we are completely confident that you will love our Honey Products. If however you decide that something you’ve ordered is not quite the right fit, feel free to contact us at: (phone): 0203 475 5695 to get a returns number from us.

Returns and Exchanges: We are committed to providing you with the best quality service and products! If, for whatever reason, you are not happy with the products that you have ordered, please return your unused and re-sellable items to us, in their original packaging, with original Wedderspoon receipt, within 30 days from the receipt of your shipment. Once your return has been received, we will issue a refund, less shipping costs and a 10% re-stocking fee.

We do not offer refunds for batch differences (i.e. colour, texture, taste) as these differences are due to the natural state of the product and do not indicate compromised quality.

Refunds: Refunds will be provided in the same way that the initial payment was made i.e. Visa payments will be refunded directly to your Visa.

Please be aware that we cannot accept exchanges or returns on used or damaged items.


Qualifying exchanges and returns must be in their original packaging, and in re-sellable condition. Failure to adhere to these rules will result in the return and refund not been accepted. We will then provide you our returns address and we strongly recommend that you return the items to us using a tracked or signed for service with adequate insurance to cover the contents of the package. Please make sure you include a copy of your original invoice and your returns number on your documentation.
